MY WHY

I have always tried to put myself in a position to succeed and that comes from consistent planning and meticulous action. After working in a clinical selling environment for the past two years working Surgeons and HCP’s, I have realized the tremendous purpose and value of working within healthcare and bringing the most innovative solutions to patients in need. I find joy in dissecting and understanding the inefficiencies within a business and then working creatively to find a solution. A huge part of this understanding in sales, involves building relationships and being able to spot those inefficiencies and identify what a particular business needs at any given time and how you can fulfill that need both creatively and effectively. These relationship based sales are where I tend to succeed most. Ultimately, my desire to make a positive impact by introducing new technologies to physicians who then improve patients quality of life, fuels my ambition to grow my career within the medical sales industry.

Northeast General Surgery Representative – Ethicon/LINX November 2020 – Present

As the Northeast General Surgery Representative for LINX, I work exclusively with general, thoracic, and bariatric surgeons in addition to various HCP disciplines within 30 plus different hospitals and healthcare systems. The day to day of a LINX GSR includes OR case coverage, Hospital staff in-services, HCP education and outreach as well as a multitude of other market development activities. Being a LINX representative requires not only a deep understanding of the device, but also the medical industry, OR protocols, compliance, and a level of understanding of the GERD disease state, gastrointestinal anatomy and diagnostic work ups that allows for meaningful and insightful conversations with MD’s and hospital staff. 


Northeast Account Representative – ClearVision Optical
September 2018 – April 2020

The Account Representative role with ClearVision consisted of product education, consulting and managing of accounts throughout the Northeast region. I managed to scale the business from a zero territory with limited market share, to managing dozens of accounts through persistent prospecting, cold calling and network selling. Worked primarily with ophthalmologists to analyze and address inefficiencies within the optical practice. Strategically promoted and sold products to meet our customers specific needs while systematically tracking territory progress to maximize efficiency and output in the field.

May 2017 – September 2018

Consistently ranked first among trainers for new client acquisition and contract upgrades. Financial aspects included negotiating and executing long/Short-term contracts. Operational duties included client consultation, appointment setting and progress analysis. Required great attention to detail and consistency in looking after my client’s wellbeing all while helping them reach their fitness goals in a safe and efficient manner.
